Come Cheer on your local NICA teams as they compete at the Dark Mountain Dash! There are many opportunities to volunteer and these student athletes could all use your support.
Volunteers are needed the day before the race and the day-of. The volunteer task listing and sign-up can be found here: North Carolina Race #3 Dark Mountain. Join the Alliance for National Trails Day at Kerr Scott. We will meet at the Visitors Assistance Center at the main OVT trailhead. Work will begin at 9 am; please arrive a few minutes early if possible. Work will end around noon. Bring sturdy footwear and work gloves, plus water and snacks to take with you on the trail. Tools will be provided. A group ride is scheduled at 1pm.
