Chapter Meeting – Dec. 9
Dec 9 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Join us for our Annual Meeting on Wednesday, December 9. Meeting will start at 6:00. This meeting will be held on Zoom, and a link will be sent out to members in mid November. The meeting is open to the public, so if you would like to join us and you are not a member, email info@ridenwnctrails.com and we will get you the login info.

During this meeting we will take care of some quick annual business, provide some information on the state of the Alliance, and then have plenty of time for conversation. Some land managers that we work with will also be in attendance. Meeting is open to everyone, including non-members.

One of the business items for the meeting is to appoint new board members and officers for 2021. To read more about the current board members, click here. Nominations for 2021 are now open for members in good standing. If you’d like to nominate yourself, another member, or if you have any questions about what board members do and what the expectations are (monthly meeting attendance, etc.), email us back at nwnc.mtba@gmail.com, and we’ll get right back to you.

Other items on the meeting agenda:

Trails (Current Projects, Future Plans)
Current State of the Alliance (Financials, Membership)
Promotions (Trail Work Parties, Rides, Socials, Alliance Gear)
Outreach (Community Events, NICA Partnership)

We have a lot to share and want to hear from you about the trails you ride. Whether you’ve already joined the Alliance or just wanting some information, stop on by to find out what we are all about.
