Race the Dark Side on May 5th
The Southern Classic Mountain Bike Series is returning to Kerr Scott on May 5 for the Dark Grind. In cooperation with the USACE, the Brushy Mountain Cyclists Club (BMCC), and the North Carolina Interscholastic Cycling League (NCICL), the Alliance is excited to promote this long-standing race. The 2018 edition will include NEW TRAIL that has been completed at Dark Mountain. We are also excited to be hosting this race the day before the NCICL Dark Mountain event. It is going to be a great weekend of mountain biking at Dark Mountain. Proceeds from this event benefit the chapter trail fund. Race sponsor, Bald Guy Brew, will be providing a special Dark Grind coffee blend to all podium finishers.
