Annual Chapter Meeting and Social at Happy Valley Filling Station

Join us for our Annual Chapter Meeting and Social. Arrival at 6:00 to 6:30 at the Filling Station.
Meeting will start promptly at 6:45 in The Lounge. Official meeting will last to 7:30. After the meeting, socializing in and around HVFS is welcome.
During this meeting we will take care of some quick annual business, including our annual elections. We’ll provide some information on the state of the Alliance. Lastly, but most importantly there will be plenty of time for conversation and camaraderie. We will have some slices from the HVFS brick oven for finger foods and a couple of drink tickets on the Alliance. (Full meals on your own after the official meeting)
