Join us for our Annual Meeting on Friday, Nov. 30 at Lightning Cycles in Hickory NC. Doors will open at 6pm, and meeting will commence at 6:30.
During this meeting we will take care of some quick annual business, provide some information on the state of the Alliance, and then have plenty of time for conversation over some drinks. Some land managers that we work with will also be in attendance. Meeting is open to everyone, including non-members.
This year we will also be announcing the winner of our Anniversary Bike Raffle at the end of the meeting…Join us!
One of the business items for the meeting is to appoint new board members and officers for 2019. To read more about the 2018 board members, click here. Nominations for 2019 are now open for members in good standing. If you’d like to nominate yourself, another member, or if you have any questions about what board members do and what the expectations are (monthly meeting attendance, etc.), email us back at nwnc.mtba@gmail.com, and we’ll get right back to you.
We are also working on a group ride at Hickory City Park for those who can make it early. This is tentatively scheduled for 3pm.
