Trail Workday at Lake James State Park on Saturday February 28th, 2026 at 9:00 am!
Meet at the main trailhead gravel lot inside the state park entrance at 9:00am. Planned work is general maintenance on West Wimba trail.
(Update) East Wimba is still closed to the public with future contractor led machine work and a new bridge to correct the damage left over from Hurricane Helene.
Come out and help the Lake James Trail system! Bring gloves, sturdy footwear, water/drinks, snacks, and a positive vibe for a great day out in the woods!
