Riverbend Park
Catawba County NCRiverbend Park is on a beautiful 690 acres along the Catawba River. There are just over 20 miles of trails for mountain biking. Overall, this is a great facility for beginner riders as there are many maintained doubletrack trails at low grade.
Trail Profile
Currently the “Blue Loop” offers the most singletrack. The Blue Loop is 4 miles and about half of that is singletrack. Despite a good bit of moderate terrain, some of the blue loop has some technical steep sections.
Riverbend Park is closed on Wednesdays.
History & Background
The park is beginning to undergo some changes for mountain biking. The Alliance began working with the park staff in 2016 to help Riverbend become a destination for great riding. Stay tuned for updates!
